Thank you to everyone who sent in their pie recipes for us to consider for our forthcoming cook book, A PIE for ALL SEASONS.
We were really impressed by the variety of recipes sent to us and particular favourites of the team here included a very meaty double sausage pie, the colourful 'beet goes on' pie, a Lancashire hotpot pie and a Pina Colada ice cream pie! After lots of 'mmmmming and aaaaaahing' from us all we chose Katie Alcorn's Hunter's Chicken Pie as the overall winner. Want to know what Katie put in her pie? Well you'll have to buy the book!!
