Bring It On, Brixton

Jun 7 2018

We’ve got a new pie place and are bringing all the good times to SW2, Brixton.

Our new spot is nestled in Brixton Village, just opposite Seven at Brixton and has all our delicious treats on offer. Whether it’s for lunch, brunch, cocktails or dinner, there’s something to suit everyone.

EYES ON THE PIES

The Brixton menu has all 15 award-winning Pieminister pies. From the meaty Moo with ethically sourced British beef, to Vegan Kevin filled with British chestnut mushrooms, tomato and red wine with baby onions, red quinoa and thyme. Need something without the gluten? It’s no gluten, no cry with our three gluten-free options that sit on their very own gluten-free menu.

If you’re in South London and you’ve got eyes only for pies, why not give the legendary Mothership a try? Originally created for the fields of Glastonbury Festival back in 2004, the Mothership combines your favourite pie with a base of smooth mash potato and topped with peas, our famous gravy, grated cheese and crispy shallots. It’s the perfect Pieminister introduction and it’s now available for vegans too.

HERE COME THE SUNDAES

Fancy something for the summer? Taste the new soft serve sundaes. Served in waffle-cone ‘pie crusts’ and made with fresh organic British milk, they’re thick, creamy and delicious. Try the summer special Strawberry Blonde: creamy vanilla ice cream with fresh juicy strawberries, strawberry sauce and dollops of whipped cream, It’s all sorts of yum and joins our seven scrumptious sundae flavours on the menu.

For the chocoholics, we’ve got the Mud Pie, gooey brownie with smooth chocolate ice cream drizzled with a salted caramel sauce. For those looking for something a little lighter – give the Honey Bee a go: fresh frozen yoghurt sprinkled with honeycomb, pistachios and figs with a splash of honey. For those feeling adventurous, the Pork Pie is the one for you: vanilla ice cream with tangy apple sauce and scattered with bacon pieces all topped off with a crispy pork scratching.
