We’ve launched a Pork Pie-Scream for British Pie Week…
After 15 years creating and baking classic award-winning pies, we decided to kick-off 2018 by mixing things up a bit in the pie kitchens. The result? A Pork Pie-Scream (yep, that’s right), launched just in time for the start of British Pie Week on the 5 March.
Our Pork Pie-scream is a tower of soft-serve vanilla ice cream made with fresh, organic British milk, laced with free range British bacon and Bourbon maple syrup. Served in a waffle-cone ‘pie crust’, it’s topped with a free range British pork scratching and plenty of apple sauce… We’re drooling!
After months of mixing, whipping, tasting (& licking) we’re very excited to be serving up this cracking creation alongside other soft serve concoctions on the menu in Cardiff, as well as in our brand-new restaurants in London, Sheffield and Liverpool too. If this initial trial is a success (what’s not to love about pies & soft serve?!), the menu will be rolled out across all our restaurants just in time for Summer! Bring on Summer, we say…
