Wigan Kebab, Pie Barm or Slappy?
Call the Lancashire delicacy what you want - we’re calling our version The Brassic. Massive, messy and moreish, it’s a pie in a soft white barm, with mushy peas, cheddar crumb and crispy onions, slathered or dipped in gravy. Job done.

Marking the farewell to Sky’s award-winning comedy

A steal at £14.50, it’s on the menu right now in Bristol, Manchester Deansgate and Northern Quarter, Leeds and Birmingham ‘till the 11 November.
Every one of our legendary pies works in a barm, just give the top a good thump before eating, to break the pie up a bit and meld the peas, cheese and crispy onions together. Then grasp the whole thing tight and dip it in your gravy boat.
You have to trust the process – it's a bit chaotic, but that’s Brassic. Which is why it’s served up with a bib.
