We think quiche has a bit of an image problem. Over-eggy fillings, boring pastry, bad buffets, wishy-washy picnics...your basic soggy sadness on a plate. So as we were the first to transform the humble pie into something worth getting excited about, we think it's time we did the same for poor old quiche...

...enter the Eggs Benny and The Swiss! Deep dish, deli style and packed with the most delicious sustainable ingredients you can imagine, our quiches are baked in a wholegrain seeded base, in our distinctive, custom made pie dishes. So when we say deep dish, we mean it.

The Swiss (vegetarian): Emmental, waxy potato, leeks and vintage Cheddar in a wholegrain seeded pastry base

Eggs Benny: free range British ham, spinach and vintage Cheddar in a wholegrain seeded pastry base

Pick them up from selected Waitrose, through Ocado and our own online shop. Or if you're lucky enough to live near one of our cafes or markets, you'll find them there too. They're also available through Amazon, Abel & Cole, in National Trust cafes and a growing number of fine food halls and delis.

As the names suggest, these are not just your new lunch and supper go-to, they're also ready to transform weekend brunches quicker than you can say ‘Matcha Latte’. Just serve 'em hot straight out the oven with all the best brunchy sides.

They're £3.65 each and at 220g they're a proper-sized serving for one.

Quiche has been getting away with being average at best for far too long but these deep dish ones are different. So buy them today through our online shop and while you're there, you can add one of these quichey caps to your basket at the same time. Go on, give quiche a chance!
