Accessibility matters to us. Not just access to great pie and mash, but access in the truest sense: being open and available to as many people as possible. We make pies for all, regardless of race, creed, gender identity, ability, or how you define yourself.

We know no space is perfect and our Broad Quay restaurant is quite small and oddly shaped, but we're always looking at ways to remove barriers. If you have feedback, we genuinely want to hear it (hello@pieminister.co.uk).

We have a folding ramp available, so buggies and wheelchairs are welcome. Our own toilet facilities include a cubicle with grab rails and a baby changing table. If you need a full DDA-compliant accessible toilet, we have an arrangement with our neighbours to use theirs.

All Pieminister restaurants are dog friendly - assistant, service, and buddy dogs are always welcome, with water provided for them.

Parking is available on Marsh Street behind the restaurant, with the nearest disabled parking space on Queens Square.

We play music in most of our restaurants, but at a level designed not to interfere with conversation.

We're located in St Nicholas Market’s Glass Arcade, which has level or ramped access to its main areas, though some areas can be a little cramped. A publicly accessible toilet is available within the market, though it is in a constrained location.

Street parking is available throughout the area surrounding the market, with the nearest disabled parking space on the High Street.

We want to be upfront: due to the layout of this restaurant, which is on a mezzanine level, wheelchair access is not currently possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience this causes but please note that we have another restaurant nearby, on Deansgate, which benefits from level access throughout and toilet facilities that include a full DDA-compliant cubicle and a baby changing table.
