How much is delivery?

Free delivery on food orders of £45 and over. Otherwise, delivery is £7.

 

When will my pies arrive?

We aim to deliver within 4 to 5 working days. To keep everything fresh, we only deliver Tuesday to Friday: never at weekends, on Mondays, on Bank Holidays or on the day after a Bank Holiday.

Your pies come by APC or DPD. If you're out, the courier can leave the box somewhere safe or with a neighbour. They're chilled, so pop them in the fridge as soon as you can.

Order after Monday 8am and before Tuesday 8am: arrives Thursday, 8am to 5pm

 

Order after Tuesday 8am and before Wednesday 8am: arrives Friday, 8am to 5pm

 

Order after Wednesday 8am and before Friday 8am: arrives Tuesday, 8am to 5pm

 

Order after Friday 8am and before Monday 8am: arrives Wednesday, 8am to 5pm

When will my merch arrive?

Merch and gifts go by Royal Mail first class and normally arrive within 7 working days.

 

Where do you deliver?

Mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. If you're ordering for a Scottish address, email hello@pieminister.co.uk first. Sorry, we can't deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland at the moment.

Not going to be in?

Our couriers will leave your pies in a safe place. If you know you won't be home on delivery day, email hello@pieminister.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number.

 

Can I mix and match pies?

Yes. Pick any combination and we'll pack them in one chilled box. The one exception: classic and gluten free pies can't share a box.

 

Why can't classic and gluten free pies share a box?

Our gluten free range is certified by Coeliac UK and made in a separate gluten free area of the kitchen. Packing them apart keeps it that way.

 

Can I freeze my pies?

Yes, for up to a month. GF Big Cheese, Chana Rama, Heidi and GF Mooless Moo arrive frozen: only refreeze them if they're still frozen when they arrive.

 

How long do the pies keep?

Up to 7 days from when they arrive.

 

How do I recycle the packaging?

Our pie boxes are 100% recyclable as card.

 

Returns & cancellations

 

What's your returns policy?

As all our products are fresh, the usual 14-day right to return goods doesn't apply. This is set out in regulation 27(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempts goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly. It does not affect your right to cancel a subscription.

If your box had missing products, arrived damaged or didn't arrive, we'll offer an appropriate refund. Email hello@pieminister.co.uk with your order number, and photos where you can.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We pick and pack quickly, so once an order is being prepared we can't change or cancel it. If you're unsure, email hello@pieminister.co.uk.

Subscribers can cancel by signing in to their subscription account. Changes to an upcoming order need to be made before 8am, two days before the delivery day.
