Here at Pieminister, we've never been ones to cut corners — and our Gluten Free Moo pie is no exception.
Our Gluten Free Moo is made with a craft ale that's been fully stripped of gluten during brewing. It's then rigorously tested to confirm it contains less than 20ppm of gluten — the legal gluten free standard — and certified by both Coeliac UK and the Association of European Coeliac Societies. It carries the Crossed Grain symbol. By every measure, it is gluten free.
We're proud of that. But we also know that for some of you, it's not the whole picture.
Over the past few years, a small number of customers have raised concerns about the pie containing de-glutenised wheat and barley. We've listened. And we want to be absolutely clear: we don't want anyone to feel like they have to miss out.
So we're asking for your help. We want to understand your needs better — whether you have coeliac disease, a gluten sensitivity, or simply choose to eat gluten free — so we can make sure our pie works for as many of you as possible.
